I just LOVE Matthias. He's my first and foremost inspiration of grabbing the guitar back when i was 14 years old. I remember going to my cousins house, when i was even younger. Maybe 9 or 10.. (almost 40 years ago!) They were in their 20s back then. There was a huge huge Scorpions Poster , from a live performance, covering the whole wall, i was stunned by it. Later they gave me couple of records and it hit me right there. Matthias looks such a special guy, so charismatic and super funny. He is the spice of the band. his arrangements, solos and wonderful guitar playing are the most important ingredients (to my opinion) for Scorpion's success. I hope sometimes i meet him and interview him myself ❤😊.

They are a great band, to my knowing, they are the only band that succesfully combined metal with techno. I like alot of their music. Its just so sad to see there is so much hate towards them. I absolutely hate it when someone says a band or artist sucks just because they themselves are not into that same band or artist. If you don't like something you can try to look at it objectively. If they are growing this fast as a band they are definitly good and do alot of things right, else they wouldn't have succes. :)

food is a total scam, it's airport level at his point. just let the people bring them own food and don't abuse people's passion for this music.

yes agreeing both comments below, the pricing and portions were ridiculous, a total turn off, i would have spent much more money if prices were fair. what i did eat was pretty tasteless and weird. it feels like a scam and the organization is abusing the passion for music of metal heads to overcharge them for food. the day after i went to roller coaster park, and all the prices seemed suddenly so affordable :)

show was great, super tight and great energy, extra impressive considering they only slept 3hours 😳

I think I first undiscovered them not long after Sonisphere, around 2015 or so. I fell in love with gimme chocolate. Next thing I knew other metal bands around the world like Judas Priest were singing their praises!
